Mrs Rukmanithevy Supramaniam from Puloly South, passed away at the age of 59. She is the wife of late Mr Subramaniam Sinnappu and the daughter of late Mr Kandasamy Thamotharampillai and Mrs Nallapillai Kandasmy.  She is the beloved mother of Mr Partheepan Supramaniam (Sri Lanka) and Mr Pratheepan Supramaniam (UK). She is also the beloved sister of Mr Sivabalasupramaniam Kandasamy (UK), Mr Balaskantharaja Kandasamy (Sri Lanka), Mr Krishnaraja Kandasamy (UK), late Mr Sivagulasingam Kandasamy, Mrs Muthuluxmy Sandrasegaram (UK), late Miss Indrathevy Kandasamy and late Mrs Logarani Selvakumar. Mr. VELLUPILLAI PONNUTHURAI PASSED AWAY

Born 14th September 1935				Died 25th February 2010
Mr. Velluppillai Ponnuthurai (“Ponnuthurai Master” or “Thambiraasa”) from Udupiddy, died at the age of 74. He is the last of eight children of Mr & Mrs Ramu Vellupillai and the brother of late Nagama, Sinnamani, Muthaachi, Thangamma, Kunavathy,Meenachi, Kanthasaami (CCAR) and survived by Sinnaiya (Canada). He taught  Biology and Chemistry at Udupiddi American Mission  Boys School, Chilaw Mahavidiyalayam, Puttalai Mahavidiyalayam, Puthukudiyiruppu Mathiya Mahavidiyalayam, Thumpalia Sivapirakasa Mahavidiyalayam  and Thondamanaaru Mahavidiyalayam.  He was also an accomplished Sportsman. He is survived by his loving wife Mallika (Puloly) and daughters, Mathini, Ellily, Nilloosha, Mathura and his four grand children.   Funeral Services On Sunday 7th March 2010  from 9AM to 11 AM at his home and later at the crematorium.
